What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you visit our website, fill in a contact or warranty form, chat online with us, email us or sign up for our general newsletter or blog newsletter.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. This is when you contact us through our Contact Form/Warranty Form/ Email/Online Chat. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. contact you directly.

Our contact form allows you to submit an online query to us. We request your name, email, phone and a short message to allow us to respond to your inquiry efficiently and effectively.

We use an online chat service to respond and engage with you when you are browsing on our website. You can also submit your information including name/email and message to this online chat and we can respond to you at a later time.

We use Expression Engine CMS for our website platform, and they have their servers located with EU/EEA. Our hosting is carried out with Tibus who have servers in Ireland.

We have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorisation. We also allow access to your personal data only to those employees and partners who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they must keep it confidential.
We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
